  • 2.5kg beef( striploin or flank steak)
  • 250g CURRY COCO MARINADE (les intenses)
  • 100g SESAMESEEDS
  • 500g mixed salade
  • 50g pickeld radish
  • 200g tomatos, in brunoise
  • 200g pickeld oinons, sliced
  • 100g fresh chopped Coriander leaf
  • 250g DRESSING BASE OLIVA
  • 50g MAYO PEPPADEW
  • 10g sesameoil
  • 100g pomegranates

Preparation

1. Mix 50 gr of the CURRY COCO MARINADE with the BASE DRESSING OLIVA.

2. Marinate the meat with the CURRY COCO MARINADE, use sous-vide machine for a quick proces.

3. Coat te meat with the sesame seeds en grill on the BBQ. Tatakistyle.

4. Make the salade on a plate, cut the beef, present on top of the salad, fininsh of with other ingredients.
